The school is delighted to be the recipient of a Joan Christie Bursary from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, in recognition of our work in promoting horticulture with our pupils.
The school was presented with the award at a ceremony in the Theatre at the Mill, where we were represented by one of our senior pupils, Sarah Gilmore.
The award is particularly timely given the school’s recent accreditation as a Forest School, and we plan to use it to enhance our use of the Nature Reserve.
