Cerys, Dean and Grace completed their BTEC Level 2 practical exam on Tuesday 19th March.
The brief was to plan and make a healthy two course meal that incorporated lots of nutritious vegetables and/or fruit.
As you can see from the photos they were amazing!

Cerys made a delicious Spaghetti Bolognese packed with vegetables and a super healthy salad starter with a low fat, home made dressing.

Dean made a flavour packed Asian noodle stir fry that incorporated no less that 7 different fresh vegetables. This was served with apple and pear crumble with an oaty topping.

ace made a tasty black bean, pepper and beef chilli with wholegrain rice that was full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. This was served with a scrumptious starter of bruschetta with bay tomatoes, red onion and garlic served on a bed of lettuce and garnished with pine nuts.
Well done chefs!
