This was organised by class 4H as part of the Home Economics curriculum. They researched interesting ways to serve fruit that encourage young people to get their recommended daily intake of 5 a day. We had:

 

  • Frozen bananas and grapes

 

  • Melon lollies

 

  • Fruit salad

 

  • Dried apricots, dates and raisins

 

  • Banana chips

 

  • Satsumas decorated like mini Halloween pumpkins

 

6B also helped out with the last minute preparations- it was a real team effort!
